Gareth is a former Royal Marines Commando and ex-Director of Operations at The Halcyon Club – a leadership retreat in the Lake District built for high-performers. He works with people under pressure – helping them cut through chaos, rethink how they lead, and unpick the mental baggage that holds them back. His journey through the military and into behavioural psychology has shaped a clear, hard-earned perspective on leadership, resilience, and how people perform when the stakes are high. He’s currently completing PhD research into rapid decision-making and belief systems in high-stakes environments at Huddersfield University, and contributes to the University of Surrey’s MSc in Entrepreneurial Thinking. His clients include teams inside North East Counter Terrorism Police, KIA, Leeds Rhinos, and beyond.
